One of my pieces is going to be published in a book by Drawgasmic, and the original will be on display and for sale in their exhibition at 2720 Cherokee in St. Louis this July. Go to the show if you can…there will be music and other fun stuff. This piece was kind of an experiment/practice for a bigger personal thing I want to do. I’ve been using a lot of gouache lately, but never on colored paper. I wanted to see how using more color and less black would work out with my being an extreme black-a-holic. Here’s a photo of the work in progress and the finish!
